I LOVE MY JOB ..!!

Work is an activity or activities that we do every day, but sometimes we tend to be tedious work with a routine that high, because we sometimes do not work with a sincere heart and sincere, even more so we do not love our jobs, but there is a saying, "If you want to happy in a day, then hooked fish, if you want to be happy in a week then going out, if you want to be happy in a month then get married, and if you want to be happy forever, then it works. "
If you enjoy what you do, success is yours. If you do not enjoy what you do, you will not be successful. Love your job will change everything. Work is love expressed. You will never achieve real success unless you like what you are doing. Your chances for success will be equal to the amount of pleasure you get in your work. If you have a job that you do not like, deal with it or get out. The work is a gift, not a punishment.

Each individual course will be very dream to get a job after they complete a variety of education since the beginning of childhood to adulthood. In general, the work can be defined as any activity that makes money. But sometimes the system of indigenous people have not considered likely to work if they do not have the status as an employee, whether in private or government. Culture of our society still think of people who work and its status as an employee has a higher prestige than those who have worked well but not the status of employees, such as trade, music, farming, fishing, etc.. Various activities of the latter to some extent still do not have good prestige in the eyes of our society.
It is therefore very fortunate people who have jobs with a status as an employee either in private, state-owned or government. Whatever it is provided that a good and lawful. At least, have more activity in the search for income compared with (sorry), an unemployed. However, sometimes people who work with the status as an employee to work under pressure, in a sense do not feel comfortable when doing the job. Unlike the case with people who work as traders, farmers or fishermen, they do not bear the status of employees, but they have the freedom to adjust their way of working.
Most people may think this sort of thing is normal. But in my opinion, would be better when enjoying our work, though hard but fun. We hope so, but if we are still not able to try enjoying the work we do, get out of our current work with the condition that we should have a choice and other work plans shall we do if we have been out of our current work. If not try to be ever grateful for the work that we have today. I'll share a little about my experience in dealing with a job.

From some of my experiences working in different environments I can draw conclusions.  
First, every field of work thus has its own risks. 
Secondly, there is no ideal work area that can meet all our expectations, but we should try is to get a job that can appreciate the achievements and provide for our own prestige. 
Third, almost certainly wherever we work we will deal with conflict, even though we are not involved in it but for sure we will see it there in front of us. For this problem it is up to us how the react to it. 
Fourth, the number of nominal wages are important but not a major factor in supporting our performance and satisfaction. In the short term it can affect it, but in the long run, awards for achievement and the fabric of good communication within the workplace is a major factor in influencing the performance and convenience in work compared with a high salary.
There are still some of my friends also complain to the job even if it receives a nominal salary is very large. The main reason is because the atmosphere and support system that does not work. I also experienced this, I gave up a bid to raise, additional facilities and status if I continue to work in the old company in order to get more new jobs provide a guarantee of reward for achievement and a clear field.
All of the above problems would be encountered wherever we work. But that must be hold for us is whether we liked the work we do or not and field tasks that we handle should also be clear. If these two things we already have, God willing we will be able to adjust to various situations and conditions in the environment where we work.
Another with that experienced by my friend, who had to go through the process of adaptation to work on a Government Bank must be lived with great difficulty, at the very time-consuming work, the location in the district, far from relatives, and various internal conflicts makes it extremely distressed face of ongoing work.
I have been exchanging ideas with my father and my mother and spoke at length about the adaptation in the world of work. There are a few tips that I have ever read, about how we can happily enjoy our work .. Hopefully it can help. Hopefully we can enjoy employment. Income can be, our hearts are also happy :

(1) Work is Worship
Working for worship. This is related to our intentions, what we do, wring sweat, worked hard, when intended for worship, God willing, will provide its own spirit in the hearts and ourselves. For a head of household for example, was very noble if the intention is always there in the heart. Liver becomes light when it does the job, especially when imagined to be a responsibility to provide a living for his wife and children. Vibrant spirit and continues to not work anymore.
 
(2) Brotherhood in the Work Environment.
Within the scope of work, did not know each other before. But what a sight when we treat colleagues as a brother. That way, it would be difficult for us to be too jealous, suspicious of each other too much, let alone each other down. There would be so because attitude is tantamount to destroy your own. If we saw such a fellow employee made a mistake, certainly no other attitude for us to remind him, of course, by way of personal heart to heart, not in public places because it can be painful.

(3) Make it Convenient.
Whether it's working space, the decor and atmosphere of the interaction between the members. Build empathic communication is important. As each new say hello, keep seyuman and other friendly greeting-greeting, including laughter sometimes takes as long as not excessive. There was laughter that made the atmosphere a liquid, not only in the lower level, the leadership ranks were often involved in the laughter was so exciting office atmosphere. Thus, the days are so pleasant.

If you still do not love your job, so love the people who work there. Feel the joy of friendships. And, the work was so encouraging. If you can not love your work colleagues, then love the atmosphere and office buildings. It encourages you to passionately go to work and perform tasks better again. If anyway you also can not do it, loved every experience of commuting to and from your workplace. Makes a pleasant trip destination looks fun too. 

However, if you do not find pleasure in there, so anything that can love you love from your work: an ornamental plant table, the lizard on the wall, or the clouds through the window. Anything at all. If you can not find who you love your job, then why are you there? There is no reason for you to stay afloat. Quickly go and look for what you love, and work there. Life is only temporary. Nothing is more beautiful than done with a sincere sense of love.
This is the key that makes us love our jobs, our results will happy to enjoy our work.
